It was a pleasure working with Phyllis. She made selling my luxury vacation home in Tahoe effortless for me. Besides doing all the leg work she also got more than I expected for the property. From arranging for various inspections, prepping the house for showings, and negotiating with potential buyers she did it all. She made it seem like it was just another day in the office (which I guess it was) for her. The final part of the sale seemed arduous, however she was able to guide me through the process so that it was as painless as possible.
After the sale of the house she also helped me organize my exit which was definitely not part of the contract. When I needed to look at a place to temporarily rent she assisted with that as well.
I can't recommend her highly enough if you are thinking about getting involved with real estate in the Reno Tahoe area.
