When we finally found our dream lot she compiled a list of all the utility companies we would need to contact and even requested any files each company may have had on the lot. She made selling my luxury vacation home in Tahoe effortless for me. Besides doing all the leg work she also got more than I expected for the property. From arranging for various inspections, prepping the house for showings, and negotiating with potential buyers she did it all. She made it seem like it was just another day in the office (which I guess it was) for her. The final part of the sale seemed arduous, however she was able to guide me through the process so that it was as painless as possible. After the sale of the house she also helped me organize my exit which was definitely not part of the contract. When I needed to look at a place to temporarily rent she assisted with that as well. She is fantastic! She recently helped me purchase a lot in Tahoe Donner. Once again, she quickly understood what I had in mind. I was interested in a lot that was not on the market. Phyllis did research to learn the history of the lot, find out what the owners wanted and then negotiated hard with the sometimes difficult owner. I could not be happier!! When it is time to sell my TD condo, she will definitely be the one to put it on the market.
